What to include
The more context you send, the easier it is to investigate and reply with a useful answer.
- The email address or username on your FutFind account
- A short description of what happened and what you expected instead
- The match, team, chat, or request involved, if relevant
- Your device model, operating system, and FutFind app version if you know them
- Screenshots, error messages, and the steps that reproduce the problem
Safety and reports
Use in-app reporting and blocking when available so the relevant chat or profile context is included. If you cannot access the app, email support with the details.
FutFind is not an emergency service. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
