Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FutFind. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You may use FutFind only if you can form a binding contract with us and are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account, including keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account. You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, team affiliation, or authority to act on behalf of others.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or used FutFind in an abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful way.

3. FutFind Services

FutFind provides tools that allow users to create and manage player accounts and profiles, create and join football matches, create and manage teams, send and respond to requests, communicate in chat, and use moderation features such as blocking and reporting.

FutFind does not organize, supervise, insure, or control the conduct of users, teams, or match participants in the real world. Users are solely responsible for their own conduct, attendance, safety, and interactions with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FutFind in ways that are unlawful, abusive, harmful to others, misleading, or disruptive to the service.

Do not violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights
Do not harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, intimidate, or harm another person
Do not post or send defamatory, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable content
Do not impersonate any person, team, or organization
Do not spam users or send fraudulent, misleading, or promotional content without permission
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
Do not interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the Services
Do not use the Services in a way that could harm FutFind, other users, or third parties

5. User Content

You are responsible for the content you submit through FutFind, including profile information, team information, match details, chat messages, requests, and other content you provide.

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant FutFind a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify as needed for formatting and operation, display, and otherwise use your content for the purpose of operating, improving, and enforcing the Services.

6. Teams, Matches, and Real-World Activity

FutFind is a coordination platform. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any match, team, or participant, or that users will attend, be qualified, behave appropriately, or follow through on commitments.

You are responsible for your own decisions about whether to participate in any match, team activity, or in-person interaction arranged through FutFind.

7. Chat, Blocking, and Reporting

FutFind may provide chat and safety tools, including the ability to block users and report behavior or content.

Using these features does not guarantee that we will take any particular action in every case. We may review reports and take action at our discretion, including warnings, restrictions, content removal, account suspension, or account termination.

You agree not to misuse reporting, blocking, or moderation tools.

8. Privacy

Your use of FutFind is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information.

9. Third-Party Services

FutFind may rely on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, maps, or other infrastructure. Your use of certain features may also involve third-party services such as Apple or Google sign-in.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their independent terms, policies, or practices.

10. Account Deletion and Termination

You may stop using FutFind at any time. If available in the app, you may request account deletion through the provided account deletion flow.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, your use presents risk to other users or FutFind, your account was involved in abuse, fraud, or unlawful conduct, or termination is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

11. Disclaimers

FutFind is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FutFind and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FutFind and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another person or entity.

14. Changes to the Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of FutFind at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date and provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of FutFind after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where FutFind is established, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.
